Emerging Transformational Leaders in Africa

ALPN is preparing a database of profiles of young, emerging leaders in African countries who, despite severe constraints in their difficult environments, have demonstrated strong potential to become visionary and transformational leaders, and are making contributions toward progress in their communities.

In this way, we will help to publicize their accomplishments and leadership potential, and thereby enhance their ability to acquire the resources they need to develop their potential to the fullest extent.
