Vital Voices Celebrates Women Changing the Face of
Leadership . John F. Kennedy
Center for the Performing Arts. Terrace Theater. Vital Voices Global
Partnership will host its third annual benefit to honor women who
are Changing the Face of Leadership. Awards will be presented to
outstanding emerging women leaders who have distinguished themselves
in three categories: public leadership, business and
entrepreneurship, and anti-trafficking and human rights. Vital
Voices will also present a special award to honor the work of women
in building and sustaining peace. Scheduled presenters include:
Senator Hilary Rodham Clinton (D-NY), Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison
(R-TX), actress and activist Sally Field, and Tina Brown, host of
CNBC's "Topic A with Tina Brown." The awards ceremony will begin at
7:30 pm, following a brief reception.
